INGREDIENTS:

 Salt as much you like
• Carrot nicely chopped------------- ½ cup 
• Green Onion------------------------ ½ cup
• Onion chopped--------------------- ½ cup
• Black Pepper------------------------ as much you like
• Capsicum chopped----------------- ½ cup
• Boiled Rice ------------------------- 2 plates
• Eggs --------------------------------- 2

• Cabbage chopped------------------ ½ cup 



METHOD:


1- Chop all the vegetables nicely.

2- Take two eggs and fry them in the frying pan.

3- Add some oil in the frying pan and add chopped vegetables in it and fry them for a short time.


4- Add boiled rice in it and mix it well.

5- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on it quantity (as much you like).

6- Now add the fired eggs in it and mix it well.


7- Ready to serve, serve them with chicken wings or any other chinese dish.

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Fried Rice

Rice -----------------------------------One kilo

Chicken (without herbs) ----------- half a kilo

Salt ------------------------------------ Custom taste

Garlic crushed ------------------------ a teaspoon

Green onions (finely chopped) ---- Three to four digits

Carrot (finely chopped) ------------- 2 numbers

Cabbage (finely chopped) ------ 1 number smaller

Vinegar --------------------------- Two tablespoons

Soy sauce ------------------------ 4 tablespoons

White pepper --------------------- 1 tablespoon

Sugar ------------------------------ 1 tablespoon

Chinese salt ---------------------- 1 teaspoon

Eggs ------------------------------ Three digits

Coking Oil -------------------- 4 to 6 tablespoons




METHOD:

1* Boil the rice and drain the water and cover in the refrigerator for four to six hours.

2* Heat the coking oil in a frying pan for two to three minutes.
3* Add the garlic and fry for one to two minutes.

4* Then add the chicken and fry it for a long time to allow the chicken to dry its water.

5* Then add the rice with the help of two tablespoons, so that the rice gets hot.

6* Put cabbage carrots and green onions in the rice and mix.

7* After a minute add salt, white pepper and Chinese salt and mix well.

8*Whisk the eggs lightly with salt and a pinch of white pepper and place them over the rice.

9* Finally add the vinegar and soya sauce and mix well.

5* Now when its turn golden place on absorbent paper.
