Chicken Korma





Chicken Korma is made in Central or West Asia and is related to Mughlai cuisine. Chicken Korma recipe is prepared in different ways in UK, Noratan Korma and Azerbaijan.

Chicken Korma Recipe is made by marinating chicken pieces or bone meat with all the spices, ginger, garlic and yogurt which is very good and delicious to eat. It is cooked with a delicious gravy of onion, yogurt, garlic / ginger, green and red pepper, salt, coriander and all spices in its natural juice which is chicken's own bones.

Chicken Korma recipe can be slightly warmer in taste as it is full of chilli spices. And it tastes great with bread, bread or chapatti.

Many restaurants in Pakistan, India and many Asian countries are offering chicken korma in their unique style in their menu. You can easily make delicious chicken curry at home like these restaurants.


INGREDIENTS:-


Chicken Meat ------------ One kilo
Yogurt ------------- One and a half cup
Onion (fried) ----------  Three quarters cup
Crushed garlic, ginger --------  A teaspoon
Crushed red pepper --------- Three teaspoons
Crushed green coriander -------- Three teaspoons
Ginger (silenced) -------- A tablespoon
Assience (کیوڑہ۔) ---------- A teaspoon
Nutmeg ---------------- A quarter teaspoon
Crushed Jawtri ------- A quarter teaspoon
Large Cardamoms -------- Two numbers
Little cardamom --------- Two numbers
Clove ------------- Six
Black Pepper ---------- Six
cinnamon ----------- Two pieces
Salt ------------ According to taste
Ghee --------- A cup


Method:-


1* In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, red pepper, coriander, onion and salt well.


2* Heat ghee in a saucepan, add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon and fry for two minutes.

When the scent began to come,

3* Then add the prepared yogurt mixture and fry for five minutes.

4* Add the chicken and fry it.

5* When the spices start to leave the oil, add a cup of water and cook until the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.

6* Add cumin, nutmeg, jawitery and sliced ginger.

7* Serve with naan or chappati.
