Chicken Cheese Roll; (Ingredients)
1-Chicken breast Two hundred grams
2-salt As per your choice
3-Ginger garlic A tablespoon
4-Cheddar Cheese A hundred grams
5-Onion A double number
6-Chopped black pepper. Half a teaspoon
7-Mustard paste Half a teaspoon
8-Vinegar Two teaspoons
9-Chili mother-in-law Two teaspoons
10-Soya sauce Two teaspoons
11-Celery Half a teaspoon
12-Green chillies Three to four
13-Green coriander.............. A half knot
14-Double slices of bread. Three numbers
15-The eggs Two numbers
16-Double bread sawdust. As required
17-Maida Two tablespoons
18-Corn flour Two tablespoons
19-oil As required
Method:
Pour a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and fry for one to two minutes on medium heat.
Then add all small pieces of washed chicken in it and cover it well and cook it on low flame until its cooked.
When the water of the chicken dries up, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce and cook for one to two minutes and remove from the stove.

Add slices of double bread, green coriander, and green chillies in a chopper and chop, then add chicken and chop -
Remove this mixture from the chopper and add black pepper, celery, mustard paste and a beaten egg to it and mix well-
Cut the cheese like a stick and keep a small portion of the chicken mixture in your hand and make a roll with the cheese stick in the middle-
Beat the egg well and mix flour and cornflour in it, first dip the roll in the egg mixture, then add breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until it turn golden.
