In extreme heat, a simple diet can
 prevent stomach disorders



Medical experts have said that they are prone to outbreaks in severe heat;

stomach disorders are common;

avoiding poultry foods and increasing consumption of fruits, vegetables, water and cold drinks can prevent illnesses.

Dr Umar Sultan, consultant physician at Jinnah Hospital, says;

"that heat diseases such as diarrhea, vomiting, gastrointestinal pain, abdominal pain, diarrhea affected people come to the hospital in large numbers, young people and children with pimples, samosas, Burgers, the outdoorsy foods eat more fondly, which makes them more prone to these diseases".




He said that to avoid excessive use of fruits, vegetables, cold drinks and water in the heat of the heat, several dozen civilians were suffering from heat stroke during the heat of the year.

This year Ramadan also has severe heat concerns; severe heat is at risk of heat stroke which causes severe sweating and dizziness.


Dr Omar Sultan said that in order to avoid severe heat, citizens do not necessarily go out in the hot sun from 11am to 5pm if necessary.
If taken, it should be taken to the shade immediately.


Foods need more caution during extreme heat, he said, adding that the use of poultry and fatty foods should be reduced, as they can cause gastric acidity.

Eating too much meat in extreme heat can cause stomach upset, refrain from eating unhealthy foods sold at restaurants.


Dr Nauman Nasir, a nose nose throat at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, says 

"that as the seasons change, sore throat diseases increase, throat sore throat, cold sore which normalizes the use of light diet to stay safe. In the heat of the city, the citizens come out by putting a handkerchief over their head".
