METHOD:

Easy recipe of cake:

1- Collect the ingredients you need to make a normal cake. The ingredients you are most likely to use are:

Milk, vegetable oil and, flour, butter, vanilla essence, chocolate powder (or whatever you want for your taste). But you can use eggs in your own custom way.

2- Combine them all. Combine all ingredients in one container: plain cake flour, milk, butter, chocolate powder, vanilla essence, baking powder.

3- Have a dish you want to make a cake, Dip the paper towel in vegetable oil and squeeze the oil to lubricate the pan. Put the pan in the frying pan. 

Do not fill the container completely. Let the cake stand for two hours before baking.


4- Pour sand into pressure cooker 1/4 full. This sand pressure cooker is used to create an oven-like atmosphere. Pour sand and burn down flame.

5- Place the container in a pressure cooker as you would with your oven and leave it for a while. Put the toothpick or cake tester in the cake to check if it is baked.

6- Carefully scoop out the cake and gently roll the paper out of the dish, use a knife for it. Take it in another container to freeze the cake. 


7- Raise it and decorate it with your desire. Finally, you can say to your friends that this is an oven-free cake.

Brown sugar (packed)................................... 1/3 cup 

Pineapple slices............................................. 1 can (81/4-oz.) 

Maraschino or candied cherries, cut in half..... 4

METHOD:

2-Microwave at High 3/4 to 1 Minute, to melt. Sprinkle sugar over butter. 

3-Drain pineapple (save liquid) on paper towels and arrange in dish. 

4-Decorate with cherries.

5-In small mixer bowl place flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, egg, liquid and vanilla. Beat 3 minutes or lowest mixer speed, scraping bowl constantly first 1/2 minute. 

6-Carefully spread batter over fruit in dish.

7-Microwave at High 9 to 12 Minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. 

8-Some batter may run onto edges of dish, but will not spill.

9-When done, toothpick stuck in cake comes out clean.

10-Invert cake onto plate, let dish stand over cake a few minutes. 

Serve hot or warm.

Makes 1 (8-in.) round cake.

Chicken Fried Rice

Rice -----------------------------------One kilo

Chicken (without herbs) ----------- half a kilo

Salt ------------------------------------ Custom taste

Garlic crushed ------------------------ a teaspoon

METHOD:

1* Boil the rice and drain the water and cover in the refrigerator for four to six hours.

2* Heat the coking oil in a frying pan for two to three minutes.
3* Add the garlic and fry for one to two minutes.

4* Then add the chicken and fry it for a long time to allow the chicken to dry its water.

5* Then add the rice with the help of two tablespoons, so that the rice gets hot.

6* Put cabbage carrots and green onions in the rice and mix.

7* After a minute add salt, white pepper and Chinese salt and mix well.

8*Whisk the eggs lightly with salt and a pinch of white pepper and place them over the rice.
